Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Steering wheel covers are manufactured to customer-supplied rim measurements comprising both rim diameter and rim thickness, and orders are not accepted on a universal-fit basis; lace-on constructions are cut undersize to the stated measurements and secured to the rim by hand lacing, while stretch-on constructions are produced in discrete sizes and are supplied only against stated measurements, on the basis that a cover retained by tension requires correct sizing to remain positionally stable; materials are specified for stability at elevated cabin temperatures and for colourfastness so as not to transfer dye to rims, clothing or skin, and surface-coated finishes prone to becoming tacky and subsequently delaminating at elevated temperature are not used; added grip thickness is stated numerically so that customers may assess the resulting change in effective rim diameter; decoration is applied by debossing, embossing, embroidery, weaving or moulding rather than by surface printing, on the stated basis that printed decoration does not survive an abrasion surface of this kind; written fitting guidance is supplied with every order stating that a fitted cover must not be capable of rotating or creeping on the rim and must be removed if it does, and that a cover must not overlap or obstruct any control, stalk or feature integrated into the steering wheel; no representation of any kind is made regarding airbags, restraint systems, crash performance or vehicle safety, and no product is represented as improving vehicle safety; and programme customers’ measurement lists, colourways and decoration specifications are held on file so that reorders match previous production exactly.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
