What is the minimum order?
Just 12 covers, with tiers that fall steeply for fleets, dealer groups and retail programmes. Programme orders get a measured size list built and held on file from the first run.
How fast will my wheel covers arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and orders ship in about 2 weeks, express available. Laced leather takes longer because the panels are cut to your measurements, and we will say which stage costs the days.
Why do you need two measurements?
Because a rim has a diameter and a thickness, and covers fail on thickness far more often than on diameter. A cover cut or sized for the wrong thickness either will not go on or sits slack. Two numbers, taken once, and the fit problem disappears.
Isn’t there a universal size?
There are covers sold that way, and we will not make one. This is the only accessory in a car interior where a poor fit is a safety issue rather than an annoyance — a cover that can rotate or creep on the rim should not be fitted at all. Measuring takes thirty seconds.
Which material survives a hot car?
Heat-stable leather, fabric, neoprene, microfibre and silicone all do, when specified for it. What does not is a cheap coated finish: it goes tacky by August and then flakes. We choose materials for cabin temperature and colourfastness, so nothing transfers dye onto pale rims, trousers or palms.
Will a thicker cover feel better?
Not necessarily. Every material adds diameter, and on an already-thick rim that makes a wheel feel clumsy — which is the commonest complaint about premium covers. We state the added thickness in millimetres and will recommend the thinner build where it suits the rim, even though it costs less.
How should our logo be applied?
Debossed into leather, embroidered or woven into fabric, moulded into silicone. Never printed on top: this is the highest-abrasion surface in the vehicle, touched constantly by hands, and a printed graphic is gone within a season.
Are there fitting rules we should pass on?
Two, and we print them with every order. A fitted cover must not be able to rotate or creep on the rim — if it moves, take it off. And it must never overlap or obstruct a control, a stalk or anything moulded into the wheel. We make no claims about airbags or vehicle safety systems; those are questions for the vehicle manufacturer.
